- I have been a 2nd grade teacher for 9 years. I have also taught 4th, 5th, and 6th grade students for a combined total of 16 years. I hold a Bachelors degree in Middle Grades education where I am certified in all subject areas, a Masters degree in Early Childhood education, and a Specialist and Doctorate degree in Educational Leadership. I also hold a reading and gifted endorsement on my certificate. In the future, I would treasure the opportunity to work as a teacher leader or mentor in a leadership position. I am currently working as a 2nd grade GTE (Gifted and Talented) teacher but have also been a host teacher for EIP (Early Intervention Students) students for 12 years.
